This retreat provides space to lean into our true self by inviting mindfulness through yoga practices, meditation and connection with self and one another. As we start to relax in mother nature, we restore the natural rhythm or balance in our bodies, which in turn creates a peaceful state of mind. You will learn to promote health and wellness in your everyday life through basic techniques. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

Our weekend will also include an introduction to Ayurveda (the science of life); a 5000-year-old holistic science of health, focusing on maintaining a physically and emotionally balanced state. With an emphasis on prevention through a healthy lifestyle, its primary focus is to create harmony between the mind, body and soul or consciousness, and further between oneself and nature. Ayurveda honors each of us as individuals and recognizes that we have unique constitutions. Over the weekend we will explore our unique constitutions and learn how they can point us in the direction of proper choices for re-establishing our balance.

About Jenny & Vicki
Jenny and Vicki first met while journeying through ancient India and visiting sacred sites on a meditation retreat. While both sharing the same passion for understanding the mind/body connection and an ever growing interest in personal growth, they also completed their 200hr love to teach meditation teacher training and continue to share knowledge of different teachings with one another. Both having a background in yoga, meditation, the healing arts and Ayurveda, you will get to experience different perspectives and styles shared in an open and loving environment.

Class, appointments, events and retreats are non-refundable except when federal/provincial Covid restrictions prohibit the class, appointment, event, or retreat, then you will be refunded. The refund will be processed through Square via the original method of payment.
