Yoga in Sanskrit (ancient language), means "Yoke" or "Union". It is an old discipline from India with the purpose to unite the mind/body/soul connection to bring about balance in life. Although there are many styles of Yoga, the main intention of all styles is to bring about self awareness through movement of the body, and different Pranayama or breathing techniques. 

Yoga improves flexibility, strength, and posture. It helps to increase your energy, reduce stress, breathe better, become more mindful and so much more.

Yoga is for anyone wanting to increase the quality of their life and create connection to the self and others. It can be practiced by everyone from all backgrounds and levels of fitness or health.
